The BYW81P-200 is a kind of high efficiency fast recovery rectifier diode. It is ideal for power supply and high frequencyDC to DC converters. It is available in TO-220AC package. Besides, it is designed for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection applications.
