There are some limiting values of BYR29. Average rectified output current(IO(AV),square wave; = 0.5,Tmb is lower than 108°C) is 8 A max.No-Repetitive peak forward current per diode(IFSM, t = 10 ms) is 60 A max.Storage temperature(Tstg) is -40°C min and 150°C max.Operating junction temperature(Tj) is 150 °C max.
