Dual, ultra-fast, epitaxial rectifier diodes intended for use as output rectifiers in high frequency switched mode power supplies.The BYQ28ED series is supplied in the SOT428 surface mounting package.

BYQ28ED has many unique features: The first one is Low forward volt drop.The second one is Low forward volt drop.The third one is  Fast switching.The forth one is Soft recovery characteristic.The fifth one is Reverse surge capability.The sixth one is High thermal cycling performance.The last one is Low thermal resistance.There are some limiting values.Average rectified output current(IO(AV),square wave; = 0.5,Tmb is lower than 108°C) is 10 A max.No-Repetitive peak forward current per diode(IFSM, t = 10 ms) is 50 A max.Storage temperature(Tstg) is -40°C min and 150°C max.Operating junction temperature(Tj) is 150 °C max.
