BTA20-600B

The BTA20-600B is one member of the BTA20 family which is designed as the snubberless triacs that offers suppression of RC network and it is suitable for application such as phase control and static switching on inductive or resistive load.

The absolute maximum ratings of the BTA20-600B can be summarized as:(1)RMS on-state current (360° conduction angle) Tc = 70°C: 20 A;(2)RMS on-state current (360° conduction angle) Tc = 90°C: 20 A;(3)Non repetitive surge peak on-state current tp = 8.3 ms: 210 A;(4)Storage and operating junction temperature range: -40 °C to +150 °C;(5)Maximum lead soldering temperature during 10s at 4.5mm from case: 260 °C.
