BR25L020FJ-W

The BR25L020FJ-W is one member of the BR25L020-W family which is designed as the SPI bus 2 kbit (256 x 8 bit) EEPROM. Features of this device are:(1)serial peripheral interface;(2)single power supply 1.8 V to 5.5 V;(3)1000000 erase / write cycles endurance.

The absolute maximum ratings of the BR25L020FJ-W can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage: -0.3 V to 6.5 V;(2)storage temperature: -65 to +125 ;(3)operating temperature: -40 to +85 ;(4)terminal voltage: -0.3 to Vcc+0.3 V. If the absolute maximum ratings such as impressed voltage and operating temperature range and so forth are exceeded, LSI may be destructed. Do not impress voltage and temperature exceeding the absolute maximum ratings. In the case of fear exceeding the absolute mamimum ratings, take physical safety countermeasures such as fuses and see to it that conditions exceeding the absolute maximum ratings should not be impressed to LSI.
