Description

The BM9166 family is a positive voltage linear regulator eveloped utilizing CMOS technology featured low quiescent urrent (<55uA typ.), low dropout voltage, and high output oltage accuracy. Built-in low on-resistance transistor BM9166 provides ow dropout voltage and large output current. A 2.2F or reater can be used as an output capacitor.

The SOT-23-3 miniaturized package are recommended for onfiguring portable devices and large current application, espectively.

These robust devices BM9166 are designed to prevent device failure nder the worst operation condition with both Thermal hutdown and Current Fold-back.
