BG3123 E6327 is a type of dual N-channel MOSFET tetrode which has five unique features: The first one is two gain controlled input stages for UHF and VHF -tuners e.g. (NTSC, PAL).The second oen is it is optimized for UHF (amp. B) and VHF (amp. A).The third one is integrated gate protection diodes.The forth one is The fifth one is Improved cross modulation at gain reduction.The sixth one is high AGC-range, low noise figure, high gain.

B).Gate 1/ gate 2-source current (±IG1/2SM) is  1 mA.Gate 1/ gate 2-source voltage(±VG1/G2S) is 6 V.Total power dissipation(Ptot) is 200 mW.Storage temperature(Tstg) is -55°C to 150°C.Channel temperature(Tch) is 150°C.
