Features of the BD7996EFV are:(1)the spindle driver and the SLED driver can highly effective drive with PWM drive system;(2)the actuator driver and the loading driver are liner BTL drive system and are achieving a low noise power.

The absolute maximum ratings of the BD7996EFV can be summarized as:(1)power mos power supply voltage,SPVM1.2,SLRNF1.2:15#1V;(2)preblock/BTL powerblock power supply voltage,VCC,SPVM_S,SLVDD,AVM:15V;(3)PWM control block power supply voltage,DVCC:7V;(4)operation temperature range,Topr:-20 to 75;(5)storage temperature,Tstg:-55 to 150;(7)joint part temperature,Tjmax:150.NOTE:#1 power MOS output terminals(15~18,39,42,44pin)is contained.Reduce power by 20.8mW for each degree above 25.
