The BD6775 is designed as a general-purpose stepping motor driver for OA Equipment. This driver is a bipolar type, available for 2 phase, 1-2 phase, and W1-2 phase motors. Its typical applications is OA equipment(printer, scanner etc).
BD6775 has four features. (1)MOSFET output(external diode is not necessary). (2)Output OFF time is determined by external C, R value. (3)High efficiency due to synchronous rectifier drive. (4)Small and High power package(exposed PAD). Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of BD6775 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage Vcc would be 7V. (2)Its supply voltage would be 40V. (3)Its input voltage would be Vcc. (4)Its power dissipation would be 1.1W. (5)its operating temperature range would be from -20°C to +75°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 150°C. (7)Its junction temperature would be 150°C. (8)Its maximum output current would be 800mA. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
