Negative output voltage (REG 2) turns off immediately, after STB turns off.

The absolute maximum ratings of the BD3989FV can be summarized as:(1)positive supply voltage: 18 V;(2)negative supply voltage: -18 V;(3)power dissipation: 0.38 W;(4)operating temperature range: -40 to +85 ;(5)storage temperature range: -55 to +125 ;(6)maximum junction temperature: 125 .
