The BCM93214 is a complete DOCSIS/Euro-DOCSIS 2.0 CMTS reference design for customers to design and evaluate next-generation systems using Broadcom's DOCSIS 2.0-based CMTS chipset, which includes the BCM3040 QAMLink® universal modulator, BCM3214 CMTS MAC and BCM3140 A-TDMA/S-CDMA burst receiver.

The BCM93214 supports the DOCSIS/Euro-DOCSIS 2.0 specification, which enables quality of service (QoS) for the simultaneous processing of voice, video and data on a prioritized basis. The reference design BCM93214 comes with schematics, gerber files, bill of materials (BPM), data sheets, and software code and API.
