The BB201 is designed as a variable capacitance double diode with a common cathode, fabricated in silicon planar technology and encapsulated in the SOT23 small plastic SMD package. Its typical applications include electronic tuning in FM-radio, voltage controlled oscillators (VCO).
BB201 has five features. The first one is it would have excellent linearity. The second one is C1 would be 95 pF and C7.5 and would be 27.6 pF. The third one is C1 to C7.5 ratio would be min 3.1. The fourth one is it has very low series resistance. The fifth one is small plastic SMD package. That are all the main features.
Some limiting values have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its continuous reverse voltage which would be max 15V. The second one is about its continuous forward current which would be max 20mA. The third one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -55 to +125°C. The fourth one is about its operating junction temperature which would be from -55 to +125°C. It should be noted that limiting values given are in accordance with the absolute maximum rating system (IEC 60134). Stress above one or more of the limiting values may cause permanent damage to the device.
