The BAV70 consists of two high-speed switching diodes with common cathodes, fabricated in planar technology, and encapsulated in the small SOT23 plastic SMD package.These products are not designed for use in life support appliances, devices, or systems where malfunction of these products can reasonably be expected to result in personal injury.
