BAT254

The BAT254 is designed as one kind of schottky barrier diode that can be used in ultra high-speed switching, voltage clamping, protection circuits, blocking diodes.And the features of it are:(1)low forward voltage;(2)guard ring protected;(3)very small ceramic SMD package.

The absolute maximum ratings of the BAT254 can be summarized as:(1)continuous reverse voltage:30 V;(2)continuous forward current:200 mA;(3)repetitive peak forward current:300 mA;(4)non-repetitive peak forward current:600 mA;(5)storage temperature:-65 to +150 °C;(6)junction temperature:125 °C;(7)operating ambient temperature:-65 to +125 °C.
