Planar Schottky barrier double diode with an integrated guard ring for stress protection.Two separate dies encapsulated in a BAS40-07V ultra small SMD plastic package.It has four unique features: The first one is low forward voltage.The second one is low capacitance.The third one is ultra small plastic SMD package. The froth one is flat leads: excellent coplanarity and improved thermal behaviour.
