The BAR64-02V E6327 is one member of the BAR64 series.It has the following features including High voltage current controlled RF resistor for RF attenuator and switches;Frequency range above 1 MHz up to 6 GHz;Very low capacitance at zero volt reverse bias at frequencies above 1 GHz (typ. 0.17 pF);Low forward resistance (typ. 2.1 @ 10 mA);Very low signal distortion.

This departure from conventional half-bridge modules is catered for by MAGN-A-pak range with Thyristors up to 2000V and Diodes up to 3200V. Host clock frequency selection is achieved by applying the appropriate logic levels to FS_A, FS_B, FS_C inputs prior to VTT_PWRGD# assertion (as seen by the clock synthesizer). Upon VTT_PWRGD# being sampled LOW by the clock chip (indicating processor VTT voltage is stable), the clock chip samples the FS_A, FS_B and FS_C input values.
