BAP63-03

The BAP63-03 has the following features including (1)High speed switching for RF signals;(2)Low diode capacitance;(3)Low diode forward resistance;(4)Very low series inductance;(5)For applications up to 3 GHz.Planar PIN diode in a SOD323 small SMD plastic package.f
