BA6139

The BA6139 is a monolithic fluorescent display driver.The device features high maximum and operating voltages of 35 V and 30 V,respectively, and is applied to various types of fluorescent displays.With a 16-pin LF package,the BA6139 requires minimum board space and increases intergration density.

There are some features as follows.First is high maximum voltage.Secondly,external resistor gives the user the freedom to choose the desired discharge time constant.Then is seven channels implemented on a single chip.At last,it is available in a 16-pin LF package with the two pin arrays designated seperately for inputs and GND and outputs and V_CC.This saves board space and enables easier external connections.

What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings (T_a=25).The V_CC (supply voltage) is 35 V.The P_d (power dissipation) is 550 mW.The T_opr (operating temperature range) is from -20 to 60.The T_stg (storage temperature range) is from -55 to 125.
