The BA5955FP is power driver for DVD-RAMs.It's sructure is silicon monolithic integrated circuit.

Features of the BA5955FP are:(1)2-ch current feedback-type BTL driver;(2)use of an HSOP25PIN power package allows downsizing of the set;(3)a wide dynamic range;(4)a bulit-in thermal shutdown circuit installed;(5)the pre stage(PRE part)and the output stage(POW part)are separated to achieve an efficient drive;(6)a bulit-in standby function installed.
