Planar high performance band-switching diode BA277-01 in a small SOD723 SMD plastic package.It has five unique features: The first one is Small plastic SMD package.The second one is Continuous reverse voltage is max. 35 V.The third one is continuous forward current is max. 100 mA.The forth one is Low diode capacitance is max. 1.2 pF.The fifth one is Low diode forward resistance is max. 0.7 W.And it can be applied to Low loss band switching in VHF television tuners and surface mount band-switching circuits.
