B427-35

The B427-35 compact tubular construction and flexible leads facilitate circuit mounting, provide excellent thermal conductivity and eliminate sharp edges to reduce corona common to large, rectangular packages. Diodes are manufactured using double junctions that are bonded and selected for uniform electrical characteristics.
 
The B427-35 is available in a current range of 50ma to 200ma and the BA223 in a current range from 150ma to 1000ma. Both are available in standard and fast recovery series. All series are available with special ratings on request. Other sizes and ratings are available.

The electrical ratings of the B427-35 can be summarized as:(1):the parameter is maximum allowable one cycle surge current(60 Hz single phase non-recurrent at rated PRV and no load),the rating is 4,the unit is amps;(2):the parameter is maximum reverse current at PIV 25,the rating is 1,the unit is ua;(3):the parameter is maximum peak reverse current at PIV 100,the rating is 40,the unit is ua.
