The Am41PDS3224DT10I is designed as a 32Mbit, 1.8V-only flash memory organized as 2,097,152 words of 16 bits each. The device is designed to be programmed in system with standard system 1.8V Vcc supply. This device can also be reprogrammed in standard EPROM programmers.
It has four features about Am41PDS3224DT10I's performance. (1)High performance which means random access time of 100ns at 1.8V to 2.2V Vcc. (2)Ultra low power consumption (typical values) which means 2.5mA active read current at 1MHz for initial page read, 24mA active read current at 10MHz for initial page read, 0.5mA active read current at 10 MHz for intra-page read, 1mA active read current at 20MHz for intra-page read and 200nA in standby or automatic sleep mode.
