AU1PD has nine features. (1)Very low profile: typical height of 1.0mm. (2)Ideal for automated placement. (3)Glass passivated chip junction. (4)Ultrafast recoveray times for high frequency. (5)Low reverse current. (6)Meets MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260°C. (7)AEC-Q101 qualified. (8)Compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and in accordance to WEEE 2002/96/EC. (9)Halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)AU1PD's maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 200V. (2)Its average forwared current would be 1.0A. (3)Its peak forward surge current 10ms single half sine-wave superimposed on rated load would be 30A. (4)Its non-repetitive avalanche energy at Ias=1.0A, Ta=25°C would be 20mJ. (5)Its operating junction and storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 175°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)AU1PD's maximum instantaneous forward voltage would be 1.5V at Ta=25°C and would be 1.4V at Ta=125°C. (2)Its maximum reverse current would be 1.0uA at Ta=25°C and would be 100uA at Ta=125°C. (3)Its maximum reverse recovery time would be 75ns. (4)Its typical junction capacitance would be 11pF with conditions of 4.0V, 1MHz. (5)Its typical thermal resistance junction to ambient would be 132°C/W. And so on.
