DescriptionThe ATMEGA8-16PU is one member of the ATMEGA8A family which is designed as the low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller that provides the following features:(1)on-chip analog comparator;(2)programmable watchdog timer with separate on-chip oscillator;(3)8K bytes of in-system self-programmable flash program memory;(4)external and internal interrupt sources;(5)23 programmable I/O lines;(6)fully static operation;(7)130 powerful instructions-most single-clock cycle execution;(8)data retention: 20 years at 85°C/100 years at 25°C;(9)five sleep modes: idle, ADC noise reduction, power-save, power-down, and standby;(10)high-performance, low-power AVR 8-bit microcontroller.
