Description

The device AT88RF256-13 is intended to be used in identification applications where one or more IDtags will be in the field at one time. It contains 320 bits of full read/write EEPROMmemory, and offers features such as passwords, locking and a variable length ID. It iselectrically compatible with ISO/IEC14443-2 for Type B systems, communicating at106 Kbits/sec. The IC includes an internal tuning capacitor only an external coilantenna is required to form a complete tag.
