The AT45DB321D-SU belongs to the AT45DB321D family which designed as one kind of 2.7-volt, serial-interface sequential access flash memory that can be used in a wide variety of digital voice-, image-, program code- and data-storage applications. Also AT45DB321D-SU incorporates a Sector Lockdown mechanism that allows each individual sector to be permanently locked so that it becomes read only, and operates from a single power supply, 2.7V to 3.6V, for both the program and read operations.
