Description

The AT29C020-15PC is one member of the AT29C020 family which is designed as the 5-volt-only in-system Flash programmable and erasable read only memory (PEROM). AT29C020-15PC has two designated memory blocks that have a programming lockout feature and provides another method for determining the end of a program or erase cycle. The hardware operation mode can be used by an external programmer to identify the correct programming algorithm for the Atmel product.

Features of the AT29C020-15PC are:(1)DATA polling for end of program detection;(2)commercial and industrial temperature ranges;(3)fast sector program cycle time-10 ms;(4)CMOS and TTL compatible inputs and outputs;(5)low power dissipation:40 mA active current and 100 uA CMOS standby current;(6)typical endurance > 10,000 cycles;(7)single 5V ±10% supply;(8)two 8 KB boot blocks with lockout;(9)hardware and software data protection;(10)internal program control and timer;(11)fast read access time - 90 ns;(12)5-volt-only reprogramming.
