DescriptionThe AT29C010A-12JC belongs to the AT29C010A family which is designed as one kind of 5-volt-only in-system Flash programmable and erasable read only memory (PEROM). To allow for simple in-system reprogrammability, the AT29C010A does not require high input voltages for programming.
Features of the AT29C010A-12JC are:(1)commercial and industrial temperature ranges;(2)single 5V±10% supply;(3)CMOS and TTL compatible inputs and outputs;(4)typical endurance > 10,000 cycles;(5)low-power dissipation:50 mA active current and 100 A cMOS standby current;(6)DATA polling for end of program detection;(7)fast program cycle times:page (64 byte) program time-10 ms and chip erase time-10 ms;(8)hardware and software data protection;(9)internal program control and timer;(10)page program operation:single cycle reprogram (erase and program) and internal address and data latches for 128 bytes;(11)5-volt only reprogramming;(12)fast read access time-70 ns.
