The AT27BV400-15RC is one member of the AT27BV400 family which is designed as the high performance low-power, low-voltage 4,194,304-bit one time programmable read only memory (OTP EPROM). This device can be organized as either word-wide or byte-wide and is available in industry standard JEDEC approved one-time programmable (OTP) PLCC, SOIC (SOP), and TSOP packages.
