Regulator ground current of AS13986 increases only slightly in dropout, extending the battery life in low-power applications.
AS13986 features excellent power supply rejection (55dB @ 1kHz and 50dB at 10kHz). The high power supply rejection is maintained down to low input voltage levels used in battery operated devices.
Integrated shutdown logic control function of AS13986 is available for each output. In cases where the device is used as a local regulator it is possible to switch some of the circuitry into standby mode, thus decreasing total power consumption.
