AS1323 is available in three fixed-voltage variations and is perfect for a wide variety of applications where extremely-low quiescent currents and very-small form factors are critical.

Integrated boot circuitry ensures start-up even with very high load currents. The true output disconnect feature completely disconnects the output from the battery during shutdown.
