The AQZ202D is designed as power photoMOS relays (voltage sensitive type).

AQZ202D has six features. The first one is a voltage sensitive power photo-MOS relay. The second one is wide range of input voltages. The third one is large capacity photoMOS relay. The fourth one is both AC/DC dual types and DC-only types are available. The fifth one is high sensitivity, low ON resistance. The sixth one is small scale, slim type, 4-pin SIL. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points of AQZ202D as follow. The first one is about its input voltage which would be 30V. The second one is about its input reverse voltage which would be 3V. The third one is about its power dissipation which would be 300mW. The fourth one is about its load voltage (peak AC) which would be 60V. The fifth one is about its continuous load current (peak AC) which would be 2.7A. The sixth one is about its peak load current which would be 9.0A. The seventh one is about its power dissipation which would be 1.6W.
