AP03N70F-H is suited for switch mode power supplies ,DC-AC converters and high current high speed switching circuits.It has four unique features: The first one is fast Switching Speed. The second one is simple Drive Requirement. The third one is RoHS Compliant.The last one is repetitive avalanche rated.
