Description

The AO4404 uses advanced trench technology toprovide excellent RDS(ON), low gate charge andoperation with gate voltages as low as 2.5V. Thisdevice is suitable for use as a load switch or inPWM applications. The source leads are separatedto allow a Kelvin connection to the source, which m be used to bypass the source inductance.

The AO4404 is designed as one kind of N-channel enhancement mode field effect transistor that can be used in as a load switch or in PWM applications. Also this device is a green product ordering option and electrically identical.
