AN7389S

The AN7389S is a type of monolithic intergrated circuit, which is designed for dolby B-type noise reduction playback suitable for 1.5V headphone stereo and incorporates multi-purpose GND switch and stand-by function in a single ch ip.

Features of AN7389S are:(1)operating voltage range:VCC=1.0 to 3.6V;(2)head room(dobly level+12dB) is guarateed to 1.1V;(3)low comsumption current:Itot=3.6mA;(4)fewer external components;(5)multi-purpose GND switch pin;(6)stand-by switches greatly saving the consumption current;(7)small package.

The absolute maximum ratings and electrical characteristics(Vcc=3V, Ta=25±2) of the AN7389S can be summarized as:(1)supply volage: 4.5V; (2)supply current:10mA; (3)power dissipation(TA=75): 45mW; (4)operating ambient te mperature: -20 to 75; (5)storage temperature: -55 to 125. Electrical characteristics: (1)total circuit stabdby off current(Icc1):  2.8mA min, 3.8 mA typ and 5.0mA max; (2)total circuit stabdby on current: 0mA typ and 0.5mA max; (3)channel crosstalk NR ON:50dB typ.
