Description

AMS2027 is a single power distribution switch that feature short circuit protection, logic overcorrect output error flag, logic under voltage output error flag, logic overheat output error flag and short circuit protection. . The high-side switch is a 95m N-channel MOSFET. The switch is controlled by a logic enable input compatible with 3V and 5V logic and is available in active-high or active-low enable. Typical AMS2027 applications include USB power management, hot plug-in power supplies and battery charger circuits.
