The AM29L517 is an high-speed parallel 16*16-bit multiplier utilizing internal ECL logic to generate a 32-bit products.17-bit input register are provided for the X and Y operands and their associated mode controls XM and YM.These mode controls are used to specify the operands as two's complement or unsigned numbers.
