AM29DL400BB-90EI

The AM29DL400BB-90EI is designed as one kind of 4 megabit (512 K x 8-Bit/512 K x 16-Bit) CMOS 3.0 volt-only, simultaneous operation flash memory that is offered in 44-pin SO and 48-pin TSOP packages.
