AM186EM-25VC

The AM186EM-25VC is one member of the AM186 series which is designed as the high performance, 80C186-/80C188-compatible and 80L186-/80L188-compatible, 16-bit embedded microcontrollers. This device can be programmed to sense a ready signal for each of the peripheral or memory chip-select lines.
