Description

      This is the description about AKN62412 and AKN62422  of 131072-word * 16-bit or 282144-word * 8-bit CMOS mask programmable ROM|. The AKN62412 and AKN62422 is a 2-Mbit CMOS mask programmable ROM organized to 131072-word * 16-bit or as 282144-word * 8-bit. It can be operated with a battery because of low power consumption. The large capacity of 2 M bits is optimum for a kanji character generator.
      Here are the features of AKN62412. It is single 5V power supply. Wired OR is permitted for the output in three states. The low power (active) is 100mW and (standby) is 5W. The address access time is 150 or 200 ns (max). It is directly TTL compatible. It is byte wide data organization (switched by BHE terminal).
