AH-33

The AH-33 is a kind of 10 to 2000 MHz TO-8 cascadable amplifier which possesses the features of low noise: +4.0dB, medium output: +3.8dBm, various package options (see photo)(surface mounted (SMTO-8), flatpack with flange, connectorized, connectorized flatpaok flatpaok and TO-8 (AH)).

The electrical specifications of AH-33 are measured in a 50-ohm system at +15Vdc nominal. The maximum ratings of AH-33 are ambient temperature -54 to 100, storage temperature -62 to 125, maximum case tempweature +125, maximum DC  voltage +18.0V, maximum continous RF input power +13.0dBm, maximum short term RF input power +50.0mW (1 minute max.), maximum peak power +0.5W (3seconds max.), weight +2.5 grams max.
