ADXRS624

The ADXRS624 is designed as one kind of Z-axis rate-sensing device that can be used in (1)Navigation systems; (2)Inertial measurement units; (3)Platform stabilization; (4)Robotics applications. And this device produces a positive going output voltage for clockwise rotation about the axis normal to the package top, that is, clockwise when looking down at the package lid.
