ADXRS623

The ADXRS623 is designed as one kind of complete angular rate sensor (gyroscope) device that can be used in (1)Inertial measurement units; (2)Platform stabilization; (3)Robotics applications. And this device is available in a 7 mm * 7 mm * 3 mm ceramic ball grid array (CBGA) package.
