The ADS822E is designed as pipeline, CMOS analog-to-digital converter that operate from a single +5V power supply. This converters provide excellent performance with a single-ended input and can be operated with a differential input for added spurious performance.
ADS822E has eight features. (1)High SNR would be 60dB. (2)High SFDR would be 72dBFS. (3)Low power 190mW. (4)Internal/external reference option. (5)Single-ended or fully differential analog input. (6)Programmable input range. (7)Low DNL 0.5LSB. (8)Single +5V supply operating. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of ADS822E have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its +Vs would be +6V. (2)Its analog input would be from -0.3V to +Vs+0.3V. (3)Its logic input would be from -0.3V to +Vs+0.3V. (4)Its case temperature would be 100°C. (5)Its junction temperature would be 150°C. (6)Its storage temperature would be 150°C.
