DescriptionThe ADS1213U is designed as one kind of 22-bit analog-to-digital converter device that is also designed for high resolution measurement applications such as (1)industrial process control; (2)instrumentation; (3)blood analysis; (4)smart transmitters; (5)portable instruments; (6)weigh scales; (7)pressure transducers. This device includes a 4 channel input multiplexer and is available in 24-pin DIP, 24-lead SOIC, and 28-lead SSOP packages.
Features of the ADS1213U are:(1)DELTA-SIGMA A/D converter; (2)22 bits no missing codes; (3)20 bits effective resolution at 10Hz and 16 bits at 1000Hz; (4)low power: 1.4mW; (5)differential inputs; (6)programmable gain amplifier; (7)SPI compatible ssi interface; (8)programmable cut-off frequency up to 6.25kHz; (9)internal/external reference; (10)on chip self-calibration; (11)ADS1213 includes 4 channel MUX.
