DescriptionThe ADS1211U is one member of the ADS1211 family which is designed as the 24-bit analog-to-digital converter with 24-bit resolution operating from a single +5V supply. It is designed for high resolution measurement applications such as:(1)industrial process control; (2)instrumentation; (3)blood analysis; (4)smart transmitters; (5)portable instruments; (6)weigh scales; (7)pressure transducers.
Features of the ADS1211U are:(1)delta-sigma A/D converter; (2)23 bits effective resolution at 10Hz and 20 bits at 1000Hz; (3)differential inputs; (4)progra-mmable gain amplifier; (5)flexible spi compatible ssi interface with 2-wire mode; (6)programmable cut-off frequency up to 15.6kHz; (7)internal/external reference; (8)on chip self-calibration; (9)ADS1211 includes 4 channel MUX.
