ADRF6750

The ADRF6750 is designed as one kind of 950 MHz to 1575 MHz Quadrature Modulator device that is fabricated using an advanced silicon-germanium BiCMOS. It operates from a single power supply ranging from 4.75 V to 5.25 V.
