ADRF6704

The ADRF6704 is designed as one kind of 2500 MHz to 2900 MHz Quadrature Modulator device that is fabricated using an advanced silicon-germanium BiCMOS. It is available in a 40-lead, exposed-paddle, Pb-free, 6mm x 6mm LFCSP package. Performance is specified over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
