ADRF6702

The ADRF6702 is designed as one kind of 1550 MHz to 2150 MHz Quadrature Modulator device that is fabricated using an advanced silicon-germanium BiCMOS. It is available in a 40-lead, exposed-paddle, Pb-free, 6mm x 6mm LFCSP package. Performance is specified over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
