ADRF6701

The ADRF6701 is designed as one kind of highly integrated broadband quadrature demodulator, frequency synthesizer, and variable gain amplifier. And this device is available in a 40-lead, exposedpaddle, Pb-free, 6mm x 6mm LFCSP package. Performance is specified over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
